We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery from pre-consultation and design through construction supervision and handover. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Direct and manage complete project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal design/supervision teams. Cost & Program Control: Oversee project scheduling (GanttPRO/Primavera), baseline S-curves, variation review, and FIDIC-based commercial contract management. Design & Technical Oversight: Drive cross-departmental peer reviews (Architecture, Structural, MEP, and QS) to verify design compliance and authority requirements. Authority Approvals: Coordinate regulatory submissions and clearances with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, and relevant authorities. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. 12–15+ years of experience in construction/engineering consultancy, with a minimum of 8 years managing multi-disciplinary projects in Dubai. Deep proficiency in UAE building codes (Dubai Building Code, DCD safety regulations) and FIDIC contract forms. Strong track record managing high-rise or large-scale commercial/residential developments. Professional certifications (PMP or MRICS) preferred Work Location: In person
