# Project Manager - Construction & Quality Control **Legala Foods and Beverages** · Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role LOCATION- Hyderabad, Telangana EMPLOYMENT- Full-time, on-site EXPERIENCE- Minimum 10 years QUALIFICATION- B.E. / B.Tech - Civil Engineering SALARY- Negotiable REPORTING TO- Managing Director / Head of Projects Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead multiple construction sites across Hyderabad, with full accountability for project execution, quality control, ISO compliance, contractor coordination, cost management, safety and timely completion. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities, manpower, materials, project schedules and budgets across all assigned sites. - Execute works as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings, technical specifications and applicable Indian Standards (IS codes). - Inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting and other finishing works. - Implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection and test plans (ITPs). - Follow applicable ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system requirements and company certification procedures. - Maintain site inspection records, material test reports, checklists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and ISO audit documents. - Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors and labour teams; coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and suppliers. - Control project expenditure, material wastage and procurement; verify contractor measurements, quantities and running bills. - Enforce safe working practices, environmental controls, statutory requirements and applicable local building regulations. - Submit regular progress, cost, quality and safety reports; resolve delays, rectify defects and manage project handovers - Required Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, project execution and QA/QC, including independent multi-site management. - Strong knowledge of RCC, civil and finishing works, construction quality standards, testing, inspections and technical drawings. - Experience managing residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings or comparable construction projects. - Knowledge of ISO documentation and internal/external audits; working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project scheduling tools. - Strong leadership, contractor management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to travel between Hyderabad sites. - Key Performance Indicators: - On-time project milestones | Consistent construction quality | Minimal defects and rework | Budget control | Site safety | ISO audit readiness - Apply through Indeed with your updated CV and details of construction projects independently managed.
