Working closely with clients, design teams, factory operations, commercial colleagues and site contractors, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role is based in Dublin and may involve travel to sites throughout Ireland. Head Office: Co. Kildare Responsibilities in your new role: - Manage projects from initial handover through to completion. Responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards - Instruct, coach and direct the project staff with respect to construction, contractual and regulatory requirements - Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards - Monitor budgets, variations, labour, materials and subcontractor costs - Manage day to day operational duties - Continually improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service - Identify project risks and implement corrective actions where required - Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas - Build, grow and develop business relationships for the success of the business - Provide feedback and record information for continuous staff development What you will need to succeed: - A minimum of 5 years' experience at Project Manager level - Proven experience in successfully delivering industrial or commercial projects - Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents - Extensive experience in leading and directing project teams and effectively managing sub-contractors - Excellent People Management skills - Experience in Health & Safety Documents and implementation of required H&S Policies and procedures - Proficient with IT/Software programmes including MS Project - Full Clean drivers licence - Safe Pass/Manual Handling Pay: €70,000.00 per year Benefits: - Bike to work scheme - Company pension - On-site parking Application question(s): - Are you resident and eligible to work in Ireland?
