Project Manager – Construction

The company delivers high-quality projects across multiple states. The Role MOD Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion . The Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are organized, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and contractual requirements. What You’ll Do Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and day-to-day execution. Manage subcontractors, buyouts, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project costs, schedules, materials, and overall progress. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee site coordination, quality control, inspections, and project documentation. Prepare and review project reports, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation. Manage value engineering and cost-control efforts. Lead project closeout, punch lists, final inspections, and client turnover. Visit project sites across multiple locations as needed. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of proven construction and/or project management experience. Experience with luxury residential, high-end, or commercial construction projects preferred. Moderate travel to project sites across multiple states as needed. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and demanding deadlines. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and blueprint reading Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, drawings, contracts, and project documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Annual Compensation: $65,000–$85,000, based on qualifications, skills, training, and experience.
