This is a permanent position with a 5-day or 5.5-day work week (44 hours), offering a comprehensive package that includes basic salary, allowances, AWS, and variable bonus . The role suits a seasoned professional eager to take ownership of complex ground engineering projects in a highly impactful environment. What You’ll Be Doing Direct MRT and major infrastructure projects to achieve key targets in safety, quality, timeline, and cost performance. Contribute to tender proposals by developing construction methods, project schedules, manpower planning, and risk evaluations. Manage full project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder coordination activities. Oversee financial planning including budgeting, cost monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and efficient resource allocation. Lead project teams while coordinating closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. Track project progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation measures for technical, operational, and commercial issues. Handle contract administration, variation orders, claims, and project reporting in collaboration with commercial teams. Facilitate discussions and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, authorities, and senior management. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory guidelines, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, and internal policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and overall project delivery outcomes. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MRT projects, underground works, deep excavation, geotechnical engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 8 years of proven leadership in managing civil engineering and construction teams on complex projects. Strong exposure to Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is required. Solid understanding of construction contracts, project planning, cost control, and risk management practices. Proven leadership skills with strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
