# Project Manager- Civil Engineer **i-LAND** · Sucat · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all aspects of condominium construction to ensure the project is completed on time within budget and in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements. - Plan, manage, and supervise all condominium construction activities. - Monitor project progress, schedule and budget. - Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and building codes. - Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Supervise manpower, materials, equipment and site operations. - Ensure construction quality and compliance with safety standards. - Resolve technical problems and prevent construction delays. - Prepare progress reports and conduct site inspections. - Monitor subcontractor performance and construction costs. - Ensure project completion, testing and turnover on schedule. Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
