# Project Manager – Civil Construction / Villa Projects **Al Marina Holding** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 8–10 years of UAE construction experience , preferably with extensive experience in luxury/residential villa projects . Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, finishing works, and MEP coordination. Experience in managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover . Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, HSE procedures, and quality standards . Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and material management. Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies. Experience coordinating with consultants and Abu Dhabi authorities is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Office , and relevant construction software. UAE driving license is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Overall management and execution of villa construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards . Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with construction teams. Manage subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities. Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements. Prepare and review progress reports and attend project meetings. Drive the project toward successful completion and handover. Ideal Candidate: A UAE-experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong track record in Abu Dhabi villa/residential construction, capable of independently managing multiple construction activities and leading site teams.
