In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all construction activities adhere to safety standards, regulations, and quality expectations. Your leadership will drive project success by fostering collaboration, maintaining clear communication, and delivering results on time and within scope. Job Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and closing of civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. - Develop detailed project schedules. - Work with Superintendents, project teams, and upper management for field communication and project updates. - Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. - Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. - Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, conducting performance reviews, offer mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and regulatory compliance records. - Utilize construction management software's for scheduling updates, reporting, and communication with stakeholders. - Ensure timely resolution of issues related to construction schedule coordination or unforeseen site challenges to keep projects on track. Skills - Extensive experience with construction scheduling tools. - Strong knowledge of civil construction practices including blueprint reading, construction plans review, and site management. - Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with a focus on cost control and budget management. - Excellent leadership skills in managing teams within a construction management environment; capable of motivating diverse groups toward common goals. - Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, environmental policies, and regulatory compliance requirements. - Proficiency in using heavy equipment operation knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. - Effective communication skills for clear coordination with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, management, and ownership. - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
