# Project Manager ( Civil) **Pepco Group of Companies** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Civil Project Manager ( DM G+12 Approved ) - Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards. - Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules before project execution. - Prepare and monitor project work programs, resource allocation, and progress reports. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. - Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and construction teams. - Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications. - Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, safety standards, and company policies. - Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize delays and cost overruns. - Review and approve material requests, procurement schedules, and subcontractor work. - Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients. - Verify project measurements, interim payment applications, and final account submissions. - Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders to maintain budget control. - Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges in coordination with consultants and design teams. - Ensure all quality inspections and testing are carried out in accordance with project requirements. - Maintain proper project documentation, including correspondence, reports, and records. - Coordinate project handover activities and ensure timely completion of snagging and close-out works. - Mentor and support project staff to improve performance and productivity. - Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders. - Perform any other duties assigned by senior management. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
