Project Manager (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Civil Contracting to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning and execution through completion and final handover. The ideal candidate must have strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities, with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects within approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil construction projects from commencement through completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, construction schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of works.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, equipment, and site operations.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, HSE requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely execution of works.
• Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee inspections, testing, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant civil construction experience, including proven experience in a Project Manager role.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contracts, commercial management, cost control, and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in large-scale masterplan developments, residential communities, and townhouse projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, drainage, and associated civil works.
• Strong background in managing multiple construction packages and work fronts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and local standards.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
