The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from commencement to completion. Coordinate daily project activities with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and construction schedules. Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable Dubai Municipality requirements. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity. Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections, approvals, and technical requirements. Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions. Monitor project costs and coordinate with the commercial team regarding variations and additional works. Ensure construction works meet required quality standards and approved specifications. Coordinate with the QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety standards. Identify technical and project-related issues and implement appropriate solutions. Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates to management. Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to agreed schedules and quality requirements. Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and handover requirements. REQUIREMENTS 5–10 years of relevant civil construction experience. Proven UAE experience in construction project management. Dubai Municipality approval is mandatory. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, and project coordination. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, quality control, and site management.
