Project Manager- Civil

A leadingprovider of Civil, Infrastructure & MEP Contracting Solutions for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning work for all Construction related requirements are looking to hire below position;

Position Title: Project Manager (CIVIL)

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: 20 -25k

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15–20 years UAE experience in civil construction, with proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Candidates with proven experience in large-scale Masterplan Developments/Town Houses/Villas are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, contracts, and commercial practices.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
• UAE construction experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from commencement to successful completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review and monitor project drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and technical requirements.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with planning, commercial, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and overall commercial performance.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Review and approve project reports, method statements, material submittals, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Age : Up to 45 years

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Candidate based in UAE with experience.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Up to AED38,000.00 per month
