Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE. Mandatory experience with a Main Contractor in the UAE. Proven experience managing building construction projects from commencement to handover. Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, contract administration, cost control, and project execution. Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management and reporting tools. UAE Driving License is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of project execution from mobilization through completion and handover. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Monitor project progress, manpower, resources, procurement, and construction activities. Review project schedules and implement corrective actions where necessary. Manage project risks, variations, claims, and contractual matters in coordination with relevant departments. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and Company procedures. Prepare and present project reports to senior management. Work Location: In person
