# Project Manager/ Business Analyst - Hybrid **Rising Tide Digital Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Location: Makati Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3x RTO, Dayshift Job Responsibilities: - Manage projects from planning to completion. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. - Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource requirements. - Coordinate project teams and assign tasks. - Monitor project progress, budget, resources, and deliverables. - Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. - Provide guidance and support to the project team. - Prepare and present project updates, challenges, and solutions. - Manage project changes, risks, and issues. - Conduct project reviews and assess results. - Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in Project Management. - Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. - Experience in a software development company is preferred. - Experience in client presentations and stakeholder management. - Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
