The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BMS/IBMS, HVAC controls, LMS, IoT systems, system integration, project execution, testing & commissioning , along with strong client and vendor coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover , while ensuring quality, timelines and customer satisfaction. Experience & Qualification - 4–5 years of relevant experience in BMS / IBMS / LMS / Building Automation / IoT projects . - BE / B.Tech / Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation, Computer Science or any relevant technical discipline . - Experience in project execution, installation, testing & commissioning, documentation and client coordination. - Experience in handling installation teams, vendors and third-party system integrators. - Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, campuses, data centres, hospitals, hotels or similar projects will be preferred. Key Responsibilities - Manage BMS, LMS and IoT projects from project initiation through completion and handover. - Act as the single point of contact for the client, project team and key stakeholders. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, installation vendors, internal teams and third-party system vendors. - Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables. - Plan and monitor installation, configuration, testing and commissioning activities. - Coordinate site activities and ensure resources, materials and manpower are available as required. - Review project drawings, point schedules, system architecture, I/O schedules and technical documentation. - Follow up on client dependencies, site readiness, approvals and other project requirements. - Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and drive timely resolution. - Coordinate with technical teams for system integration, troubleshooting and commissioning. - Prepare and coordinate testing reports, project documentation, as-built drawings, O&M documents, handover documents and billing-related documents . - Conduct regular project progress reviews and provide status updates to management and clients. - Ensure project activities are completed within the agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget . - Support project closure, handover and customer acceptance. Technical Scope BMS / IBMS - HVAC monitoring and control - AHU, FCU, VAV and other HVAC systems - Critical area monitoring - IAQ monitoring - Energy monitoring and management - DDC controllers and control panels - Sensors and field devices - BACnet / Modbus and other system integrations - Third-party system integration LMS – Lighting Management System - Lighting control and monitoring - Occupancy / presence sensors - Temperature, lux and sound monitoring - Lighting controllers and LMS panels - Integration with BMS / IBMS and other building systems IoT / Smart Building Solutions - Workspace occupancy monitoring - People counting - Meeting room occupancy - Parking monitoring - Environmental / IAQ sensors - Sensor-based monitoring and analytics - IoT gateway and platform integration - API / third-party system integration Required Skills - Strong understanding of BMS / IBMS / LMS / Building Automation systems . - Good knowledge of HVAC controls, DDC, sensors and field devices . - Understanding of BACnet, Modbus and system integration . - Ability to read and understand BMS drawings, point schedules, I/O schedules and system architecture . - Good understanding of installation, testing and commissioning processes. - Strong client, consultant, vendor and subcontractor coordination skills. - Good project planning, monitoring and reporting skills. - Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint . - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to independently manage project activities and drive closure. - Proactive approach with strong project ownership and problem-solving skills . Preferred Skills - Experience in Smart Building / Digital Building / IoT projects . - Experience with BMS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Delta, Distech, Tridium/Niagara or similar platforms . - Knowledge of IoT platforms, gateways, APIs and cloud-based solutions. - Experience working with MEP consultants, PMCs, architects and large enterprise clients. - PMP / project management certification will be an added advantage. Job Requirements - Willingness to travel to project sites within Bengaluru and other locations in India . - Should be comfortable working in active project/site environments. - Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously. - Immediate / short notice joiners will be preferred.
