# Project Manager (Bank) **Esync software services Sdn Bhd** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate PMO activities across multiple banking/IT projects. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and overall project performance. - Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards and management updates. - Prepare and deliver professional presentations to senior management and key stakeholders. - Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items. - Work closely with Project Managers, business users, IT teams, vendors and other stakeholders. - Ensure projects follow PMO governance, processes and reporting standards. - Monitor project scope, resources, timelines and budget. - Support risk management, issue escalation and mitigation planning. - Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide management with insights and recommendations based on project status and performance. Requirements - Degree in IT, Business, Project Management or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, Project Management or Project Coordination. - Strong experience in the banking or financial services industry . - Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills . - Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting and project management practices. - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel . - Oracle experience is an added advantage . - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar is an advantage. - Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. - Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
