The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate project activities in a fast-paced environment. Job Details - Employment Type: Contract - Location: Riyadh - Duration: 14 months - Salary: To Be Confirmed (TBC) - Minimum Experience: 5 years Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through execution and closeout. - Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in line with business goals. - Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project delivery. - Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and workstreams, and communicate responsibilities to the project team. - Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and address risks, issues, and changes in a timely manner. - Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction to support delivery. - Track budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. - Ensure project activities follow approved plans, quality standards, safety procedures, and company requirements. - Prepare project reports and documentation, and maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, and outcomes. - Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects. Requirements - At least 5 years of relevant project management experience. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Experience managing project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and handling multiple priorities effectively. - Strong planning skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources. - Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes. - Professional conduct when representing the company. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project requirements.
