Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and sub contractors. Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred. Knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction regulations and building codes. PMP or similar certifications preferred. Proficient in project management software and MS Office. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
