Position: Project Manager Location: Bagong Ilog, Pasig City Work Setup: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities -Lead and oversee production operations for events, activations, and marketing campaigns. -Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and manpower. -Coordinate with clients, creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. -Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. -Supervise on-site event and activation setups and operations. -Identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Qualifications -Must have extensive experience in brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, and production execution. -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Events Management, or a related field. -At least 3–5 years of experience in production management, events, activations, experiential marketing, or related industries. -Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Strong communication and client management abilities. -Willing to travel and work on-site when required. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
