Key Responsibilities - Act as single point of contact for senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders. - Direct and oversee end-to-end execution of capital projects, fit-outs, and building upgrades in occupied environments. - Manage master schedules, change control, budget allocations, and risk management strategies. - Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, architects, cost managers, and site inspectors. Qualifications & Experience - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Master’s degree preferred. - Licensure/Certifications: Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as Civil Engineer or Architect. PMP certification required. PRINCE2, RICS/APC, or MDB procurement training preferred. - Experience: Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, including 10 years in construction project management and 5 years leading owner-side PM teams. Proven track record managing corporate HQs, institutional, or multinational facilities. Pay: Php160,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
