Duties and Responsibilities ü_ Project Planning & Execution_ ü_ Prepare project schedules and implementation plans._ ü_ Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors.._ ü_ Ensure smooth project mobilization and execution._ ü_ Estimate BOQ for proposals_ Site Supervision ü_ Conduct regular site inspections._ ü_ Monitor progress and productivity._ ü_ Ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications._ ü_ Cost & Budget Monitoring_ ü_ Track expenses and budget utilization._ ü_ Review quotations, billings, and cost variations._ ü_ Implement cost-saving measures where applicable._ Client & Supplier Coordination ü_ Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers._ ü_ Provide regular project updates and reports._ Quality Control ü_ Ensure quality workmanship across all trades._ ü_ Conduct inspections, punch listing, and project turnover._ Team Leadership ü_ Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors._ ü_ Evaluate team performance and productivity._ Safety Compliance ü_ Enforce safety policies and site regulations._ ü_ Coordinate with safety officers for implementation._ Qualifications ü_ Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field._ ü_ Preferably licensed._ ü_ Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in construction/project management._ ü_ Strong background in structural, architectural, fit-out, and MEPFS works._ ü_ Proficient in project scheduling, cost control, and reporting._ ü_ Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills._ Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
