LTD.** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Experience: 12+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, governance, delivery, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare, while managing multiple functional and technical workstreams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP delivery across Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run phases in line with agreed scope, schedule and budget. Act as the primary point of contact for the project sponsor and steering committee . Establish and manage project governance, steering committee meetings, reporting and escalation processes. Own the integrated project plan, critical path and dependencies across Finance, HR, Procurement, Technical and Data Migration workstreams. Manage project risks, issues, change requests, scope and variations . Lead cross-functional teams including Functional Leads, Technical/Basis, Data Migration, Security & Authorisations, Testing and Organisational Change Management. Manage subcontractors and third-party vendors where required. Monitor resource utilisation, effort, milestones, invoicing and project commercials . Ensure deliverables meet contractual acceptance criteria and project quality gates. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover and deployment planning . Manage go-live readiness, go/no-go preparation and post-go-live hypercare and stabilisation . Ensure compliance with Singapore public-sector and defence security requirements , including IM8 or equivalent client-mandated standards. Ensure appropriate handling of restricted/classified data and compliance with data residency requirements. Provide regular project status updates to C-level, government and/or defence stakeholders . Required Experience Minimum 12+ years of SAP delivery experience . At least 5+ years in SAP Project Management / Programme Management roles . Proven experience leading at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations end-to-end . Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HCM and Procurement processes, sufficient to manage and challenge functional design decisions. Experience managing SAP integration, data migration, security/authorizations and testing workstreams. Strong experience in cutover, go-live and hypercare management . Experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream SAP programmes. Proven experience working with government, public-sector or defence organizations is highly preferred. Experience working with restricted/classified information and security-cleared project teams is strongly preferred. Experience presenting to and managing C-level executives, project sponsors and steering committees . Methodology & Certifications Mandatory Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related discipline . PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification – current and valid. SAP Activate Project Manager certification. Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project governance. Preferred SAP S/4HANA certification in a functional or technical area. Agile/Scrum certification such as PSM or SAFe . Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor .
