# Project Manager **User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all website maintenance and enhancement matters. - Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities, including engagement with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and implementation plans. - Manage and coordinate maintenance and enhancement requests throughout the project lifecycle. - Plan, monitor and manage schedules, resources, risks, dependencies and deliverables. - Ensure that web services meet agreed availability, performance, security and quality standards. - Oversee implementation of enhancements, including template changes, content optimization and system improvements. - Manage testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and obtain necessary approvals prior to deployment. - Coordinate with hosting, security and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support. - Work with the Operations Support Engineer to respond to security enquiries and ensure that they are addressed within the compliance timeframes. - Ensure compliance with applicable ICT policies, applicable digital service standards, applicable security and technology requirements and audit requirements. - Prepare regular progress reports, issue logs and utilization reports. - Maintain proper project documentation, change management records and handover documentation. Relevant Platform Experience - Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management and stakeholder/vendor coordination. - Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management and enhancement planning. - Experience managing Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on the enterprise content website platform will be an added advantage. Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
