PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Competitive salary package, depending on experience and qualifications. Company Overview Established in 2014 , Turnkey Interior Decoration has over 12+ years of industry experience and has successfully completed 1,000+ projects We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out to lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the project team, including Project Coordinators, Supervisors, and Foremen . Coordinate with in-house teams, including QS, Accounts, Design, and Technical teams . Report directly to the Operations Manager . Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules. Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline . Manage project orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials. Track and maintain the RFI Log . Track and maintain the Shop Drawing Log . Track and maintain the Material Log . Track and maintain the Builder’s Work Log . Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities . Ensure effective coordination between all project stakeholders. Monitor overall project progress and ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field . Minimum 5 years of Dubai/UAE experience in commercial fit-out projects. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Proven experience in leading project teams. Strong project planning, coordination, and management skills. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
