# Project Manager **Touq Property Services LLC** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Manager — Multi-Site Education Programme www.touq.ae Touq Consultancy | Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Al Dhafra | Full-time, Fixed Term (~20 months) Touq Consultancy is hiring Project Managers (and senior candidates as Regional Delivery Managers) to lead the conversion of existing villas into early-years education facilities across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra for a government client. Start: December 2026, subject to contract award. The Role You'll take multiple concurrent sites from survey to licensed, operational handover — directing design consultants, supervision consultants and contractors on the client's behalf. Key Responsibilities - Manage design development, authority approvals and licensing (municipality, Civil Defence, utilities) - Prepare tender packages, run evaluations and award recommendations - Manage contractor progress, cost control, variations and claims - Enforce quality, HSE and safeguarding standards on sites near children and the public - Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and 12-month defects management - Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting Preferred Experience - Education, nursery or healthcare projects; ADEK licensing knowledge - FIDIC or Abu Dhabi Government forms of contract - Primavera P6 / MS Project; Aconex or similar CDE - Arabic an advantage; willingness to be based in Al Ain or Al Dhafra Package: Competitive, up to AED 25,000/month depending on experience, plus transport/allowance for regional travel.
