# Project Manager **Thermofuse Pipelines Ltd** · Harworth DN11 8RW · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Thermofuse Pipelines Ltd is a pipeline contracting company that installs underground Gas and Water services on construction sites throughout the UK, due to our increased work load we currently have a position available for the following role- Position- Project Manager- Gas and Water Utilities Salary and Benefits- Starting salary is between 40 – 50K Per annum depending on skills/experience Performance Bonuses Company vehicle for any travelling to and from sites Company pension scheme 25 holiday days + bank holidays Company phone Duties- · Management of various projects around the UK to ensure service, quality and costs are met with the installation and commissioning of new gas and water services · You will be expected to liaise with clients to discuss requirements of the project and overcome any issues/concerns · Carry out detailed site surveys · Estimating · Implementation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements · Manage the day to day running of projects including management of site operatives · Costing of projects, invoicing, applications, variations · Purchasing of materials and equipment Requirements- Experience within a utilities or construction industry is essential with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar job role. · Candidate must have a construction related qualification · Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously varying in value from 5K to 300K · Hard working and ambitious · Good organisational skills with an enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach · Attention to detail · Good communication skills · IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office · Driving license Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm but the right candidate must be flexible with working hours, willing to work overtime when required with occasional lodging and weekend working.
