The ideal candidate should have strong UAE construction experience, proven site-management capabilities, and Dubai Municipality approval for G+ Unlimited Floors . Key Responsibilities Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects. Lead and coordinate site teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, budget, scope, and quality standards . Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, MEP, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Engineering teams . Review project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for delays. Manage project resources, materials, manpower, and equipment effectively. Review technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation. Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections, approvals, and project requirements. Identify and resolve technical, contractual, and site-related issues. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and contractual matters in coordination with the relevant teams. Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, UAE regulations, HSE standards, and project specifications . Monitor quality control and ensure construction works meet approved standards. Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities. Prepare and submit regular project progress and management reports. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field . Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to completion. Dubai Municipality Approved – G+ Unlimited Floors . Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, project planning, and coordination. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors. Strong knowledge of project schedules, budgets, contracts, quality, and HSE requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
