This is a hands-on position for someone who understands construction, communicates well with customers and trade professionals, and takes ownership of their projects. You will work directly with builders, contractors, designers, homeowners, and our internal production and installation teams to ensure projects are accurate, organized, and completed to Stone Craft standards. Responsibilities Complete estimating and take-offs for countertop projects Review construction plans, cabinet drawings, and project specifications Meet with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners to review plans and project details Coordinate project information between customers and our internal team Stay on top of projects from initial planning through installation and completion Perform quality-control checks in-house and at job sites Identify potential issues before fabrication or installation Maintain accurate project notes, specifications, selections, and documentation Provide customers and contractors with quick, professional communication Follow up proactively rather than waiting for customers to request updates Help ensure projects stay organized, accurate, and on schedule Work directly with the owner on important projects and operational priorities What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects at once. Construction knowledge and experience are required. Experience with countertops, stone fabrication, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, custom homes, estimating, or construction project management is highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable reading plans, performing take-offs, communicating with contractors and homeowners, visiting active job sites, and handling problems professionally when they arise.
