They work with the Sales / Customer Service and across departments such as, engineering, supply chain, finance, production, quality, and comfortable interacting with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - Support project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Build and maintain schedules using tools like Gantt charts or sprint boards. - Understands budgets and forecast costing methodologies. - Communicate with stakeholders and provide status updates. - Identify and mitigate risks. - Ensure quality standards and project alignment with business strategy. · Works with the Director of Sales to implement Quad Quartile standards based on 80/20 analytics. · Proper quotation input data to assist inside sales in quote preparation. · Contributes ideas for continuous improvement of quoting and sales workflow and order fulfillment processes. · Follows all safety guidelines and procedures where applicable. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements · Past project management experience. · Comfortable in occasionally being in a customer facing role. · Manufacturing environment experience preferred, but not required. · PMP certification or in the process of completing coursework preferred, or equal experience. · Willing to learn or previous exposure to PM tools, such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp, · Knowledge of methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. · Comfortable negotiating price and terms. · Understands or adaptable to quote tools, and comfortable in an ERP environment. · Willing to travel 5% to 10%. Interpersonal, Leadership, and Technical Skills · Customer facing and communication skills. · Budget management experience. · Strong presentation and communication skills. · Ability to present professionally on an executive level. · High level written and verbal communication skills.
