The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with reputable Main Contractors in the UAE, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Candidates with previous project experience involving DIFC, WASL, or EMAAR as clients/developers will be given strong preference. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all aspects of high-rise building construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover. - Oversee project execution, planning, budgeting, cost control, quality, safety, and contractual obligations. - Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant government authorities. - Manage multidisciplinary construction teams to achieve project milestones and delivery targets. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and international construction standards. - Manage testing, commissioning, authority approvals, snagging, and final project handover. Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum 20 years of overall construction experience , including substantial experience in the UAE. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager handling major building construction projects. - Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings, preferably 30 floors or above . - Strong background with established Main Contractors in the UAE. - Demonstrated experience managing projects from structural works through finishing, MEP coordination, and final handover. - Strong knowledge of construction planning, project controls, contract administration, and commercial management. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, and other relevant authority requirements. - PMP certification is an advantage. Preferred Experience – Strong Advantage Priority will be given to candidates with: - Previous experience delivering projects for DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre), WASL Properties, or EMAAR Properties . - Successful completion and handover of major high-rise building projects in Dubai. - Experience working with Tier-1 Main Contractors in the UAE. - Strong client and consultant coordination experience on prestigious developments. - Proven ability to manage complex projects under demanding schedules and quality standards.
