The role is based in Hong Kong but requires working with regional countries or Global teams overseas. One stream supports a major Core banking infrastructure revamp, with frequent dealing with Global teams based in India and UK. The second stream supports demise of regional applications. These projects are delivery in nature, and project managers are the key focal points. These are contract posts. Key responsibilities Take charge of infrastructure projects with day-to-day responsibilities and work across global/regional teams to keep all stakeholders informed Manage team resources, schedule, drive cohesion and ensure progress of the overall project Manage and plan the budget for the team, keep track of finances and produce regular reports Strong project reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communication About you Degree holder with at least 5 years of successful project management experience in a large bank/business environment Proven success in a project coordination role with experience in budget management Articulate and fluent in English and Cantonese Proven capabilities in listening to customer requirements and putting the customer at the heart of everything Resourceful and able to build empathy rapidly with all working levels Initiative-taking and willing to learn and take responsibilities Open to acting on feedback given Extensive IT experience working for major banks and suitable qualified in Project Management Disciplines Knowledge and working experience with mainframe is a plus Working experience with HUB and AS400 is preferred Temporary,Contract
