# Project Manager **Silver Diamond Decoration-Sole Proprietorship** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We Are Hiring – Project Manager Asfy Decoration – Abu Dhabi, UAE Asfy Decoration is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing and following up on our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Interior Decoration, Fit-Out, GRG, GRC, Gypsum, Ceilings, Partitions, and Finishing Works. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up projects from commencement through final handover. Monitor all site activities and ensure that works are progressing according to the approved schedule, drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Attend site meetings with consultants, main contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, representing the company professionally. Coordinate between project sites, engineers, foremen, workers, factory, and management. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve site issues and technical challenges. Review drawings, shop drawings, and technical details in coordination with the engineering/technical team. Follow up on materials, production, delivery, and installation to ensure smooth project execution and avoid delays. Monitor variations and additional works and coordinate with contractors and consultants. Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements. Prepare regular progress reports, project updates, and management reports. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in Interior Decoration / Fit-Out / Gypsum / GRG / GRC / Finishing Works. Proven experience in project and site management, preferably within the UAE. Strong experience in attending and managing site meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients. Ability to effectively manage engineers, foremen, supervisors, and site workers. Excellent ability to prepare Progress Reports, Project Updates, and Management Reports. Good understanding of drawings and technical details. Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. UAE Driving License is preferred. Willingness and ability to travel between multiple project sites. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Project Manager who can independently manage projects, take ownership of site activities, represent the company in meetings, coordinate with all project stakeholders, and report directly to senior management.
