Employment Type: Full-Time Project Environment: UAE Utilities / TAQA Projects

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate installation, integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final acceptance activities for utility projects in the UAE.

The role requires strong experience in project execution, stakeholder coordination, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and client acceptance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Stage 3 activities , including installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage daily coordination with the TAQA Distribution PMO and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee site execution and ensure activities are completed in accordance with approved plans and schedules.
• Monitor installation quality, commissioning progress, testing results, and readiness for handover.
• Ensure compliance with TAQA acceptance criteria , project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Review and control project documentation, including:
• Installation records
• Commissioning evidence
• Test reports
• Defect and punch-list logs
• Acceptance and handover records
• Coordinate with engineering, site, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and subcontractor teams.
• Track outstanding defects and ensure timely closure before final acceptance.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management and client representatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Support inspections, testing, client reviews, and final acceptance activities.
• Ensure overall readiness for pilot go-live and operational handover .

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience .
• Mandatory experience in TAQA Water, TAQA Distribution, or similar UAE utility projects .
• Proven experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance of utility or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and site activities.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
