# Project Manager **San Rigor Construction** · Parañaque · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualification: - Licensed Civil Engineer - At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. - At 10 years of building, civil & structural construction experience - Strong background in reinforced concrete, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural steel - Experienced in managing site engineers, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and construction quality - Able to lead projects from mobilization through completion and turnover - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Willing to be deployed outside Metro Manila. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and Site Engineers - Oversee projects from planning through completion - Monitor project progress, quality, schedules, and resource requirements. - Review plans, methodologies, technical reports, and construction issues - Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Promotion to permanent employee - Transportation service provided Work Location: In person
