Project Manager

Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of SAAL.AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in line with client requirements and business objectives. The role is responsible for managing project resources, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations, while working closely with technical teams, clients and vendors to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track key milestones.
• Ensure the availability and effective allocation of project resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, third parties and vendors to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules and costs through appropriate review and control processes.
• Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients, escalating issues and concerns as required.
• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks to minimise their impact on delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with third parties and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
• Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements, document meeting discussions and clarify project expectations.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills and experience.
• Track project performance against short- and long-term goals, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets, meet financial objectives and recommend adjustments based on financial analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans and communicate timelines, deliverables and responsibilities to clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrate and continuously develop leadership skills to support team performance and project delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop and maintain charts, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project requirements, activities and progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent recognised project management certification is mandatory.
• ITIL, TOGAF or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum of 6–8 years of professional experience in the IT industry, including at least 4 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, resource coordination, budget management and stakeholder engagement.
