Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities. Ensure project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. Prepare project reports and resolve technical and site issues. Requirements: Degree Certificate Civil Engineering. Valid IES Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certificate is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and workplace safety. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
