About the Role

Royse Furniture Industries LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Joinery to manage and deliver multiple joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience in joinery, high-rise buildings, and interior fit-out , with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple joinery and interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, production, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the factory and production teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Manage project teams and ensure effective coordination between departments.
• Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong Joinery experience is mandatory.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out / furniture / joinery projects .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, costing, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage.
