Essential Functions: · Review project proposals and plans to determine the time frame, budgetary constraints, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects · Establishes work plans and staffing for each phase of projects and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. · Once a project becomes an order the Project Manager is to become familiar with scope and project details in the contract · Directs and coordinates activities of project with customers and maintains communication between customers, engineering and manufacturing. · Coordinates material and equipment requirements for the projects per the schedule · Coordinate delivery schedule, transportation and installation · Responsible for all change orders and billings Knowledge, Skill and Experience: · Bachelors Degree, preferred but will accept experience in lieu of degree · Minimum of 5 years experience as a structural steel project manager · Ability to complete tasks with minimal to no supervision · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Must be organized and detail orientated · Must have outstanding communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
