The ideal candidate must have strong project planning skills and be proficient in S-curve monitoring (tracking project progress versus planned schedule) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the construction project from planning to completion · Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and S-curve progress · Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution · Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project engineers and supervisors · Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies · Prepare reports, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – required · PRC Licensed Civil Engineer – mandatory · 10+ years construction experience, with 5–7 years as Project Manager · Proven experience in vertical building construction · Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and S-curve monitoring · Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in project management tools and construction software Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Experience: - Project Management: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
