# Project Manager **Quantity Solutions Inc.** · Ninoy Aquino International Airport · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Manager (Civil Engineering) Project Site: NAIA Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. - Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with approved plans, technical specifications, and project standards. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. - Oversee testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and document control activities. - Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. - Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. - Represent the company during executive-level meetings, client presentations, and project coordination conferences. - Identify project risks and develop practical solutions to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. - Licensed Civil Engineer . - Minimum of 20 years of solid experience in Construction and Project Management. - With LEAD Certification. - Extensive experience in project scheduling, site supervision, quality control, testing and commissioning, and project documentation. - Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. - Willing to be assigned on-site at NAIA .
