Duties - Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for construction projects involving civil, commercial, or infrastructure work. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Manage construction budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures. - Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients by reviewing construction plans, blueprints reading, and contract documents to facilitate seamless project execution. - Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing subcontractors and vendors, conducting regular site inspections, and resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track. - Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to local construction laws and safety standards throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. - Prepare comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and closeout documentation. - Foster effective communication among all parties involved to promote transparency and accountability across the project timeline. Skills - Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies. - Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish. - Exceptional project scheduling skills with proficiency in construction schedule coordination using Primavera or equivalent software. - Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. - Deep understanding of construction regulations and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. - Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting detailed construction plans for accurate execution. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. - Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. - Must have 5 years+ of experience as a project manager in remodeling and/or construction industry Join us as a Project Manager if you’re ready to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
