This is a hybrid role coordinating customers, engineers, and materials to ensure jobs run smoothly from enquiry to completion. Key Responsibilities - Book and schedule fireplace services, site surveys, and installations - Coordinate engineers’ and installers’ diaries - Arrange and manage site surveys - Order and manage materials for upcoming jobs - Liaise with customers, engineers, and suppliers - Ensure installations are planned correctly and meet required standards - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role - Background in fireplaces, gas, construction, or installation-based businesses - Good knowledge of fireplace products and installation processes - Strong organisational and communication skills - Confident, professional telephone manner What We Offer - Competitive salary (50k – 60k depending on experience) - Company bonus - Pension - Team building events Apply now with your CV if you have relevant experience and are looking for a long-term role in a growing business.
