PROJECT MANAGER
What You’ll Do Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Monitor overall project progress, site activities, manpower, resources, and construction schedules. Coordinate and resolve technical and site issues, including drawing discrepancies, revisions, and Requests for Information (RFI). Lead and chair meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders. Review, prepare, and verify monthly subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards. Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements, as well as health, safety, and environmental practices. Coordinate effectively with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Identify potential project risks and delays and take appropriate corrective actions. Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and relevant project documentation. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise construction. Strong leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project . Good knowledge of high-rise construction methods, processes, and site operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): What's your expected monthly basic salary?
