Requirements - Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience, including client implementations - Operations or product experience in a BPO environment is strongly preferred. - PMP and Scrum Master certification are preferred. - Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce/Zoho. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to align and negotiate resources within the organization to achieve targets. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Experience in leading meetings and directing stakeholders of all levels. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strategic thinker, self-directed, high energy, and proactive working style. - Effective decision-making capabilities. - Fluent in English communication (verbal/written).
