Are you experienced in project management within technical projects, building installations, or energy supply? The position You will join Service Centre Hillerød East as a project manager responsible for a portfolio of investment projects covering technical upgrades, renovations, and lifecycle investments. Your work will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility conditions for our activities in Hillerød, with most projects related to critical utilities and technical installations such as cooling, ventilation, electricity, and BMS. Your responsibilities Manage multiple projects from project brief to handover to operations, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution. Ensure control of project budget, timeline, scope, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Drive procurement processes to secure the right engineering partners, technical advisors, contractors, and suppliers. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify user needs, manage project scope, and identify robust solutions that minimize operational risk. Safeguard project activities by maintaining strong focus on risk, compliance, and operational impact. Your key stakeholders will include asset owners, users in our R&D and production-related areas, operations colleagues, and external project partners. You will also work closely with building and technical maintenance colleagues in the local facility operations team. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in the role, we expect you to: Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical education, such as marine engineering, construction engineering, or architectural technology and construction management. Have experience from technical building projects, facility operations or the energy sector. Bring at least five years of experience in project management. Communicate fluently in Danish and are comfortable working in English. You have a strong interest in ensuring reliable day-to-day operations. On a personal level, you are collaborative, approachable, and able to build strong relationships across functions. You work independently, make decisions with confidence, and bring a structured approach to planning, budgeting, and financial follow-up from project start to completion. About the department The department is a part of Corporate Facilities (CFa) covering maintenance, operation and development of facilities across Danish production and R&D sites. We are about 300 colleagues in Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød, Måløv, Søborg and Kalundborg. You will join the department in Hillerød with currently +30 colleagues. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
