In this pivotal role, you will coordinate project activities, manage teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in management, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about managing large-scale projects. Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. - Develop comprehensive project schedules using , Connectwise Manage, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction. - Manage project budgets by tracking costs with estimating tools, ensuring financial targets are met. - Oversee procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material orders aligned with project specifications. - Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain detailed documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information). - Monitor project performance metrics related to cost management and schedule adherence; implement corrective actions as needed. - Foster strong relationships with Engineers, clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution. Qualifications - Proven experience managing large-scale Information Technology projects. - Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. - Excellent project scheduling skills coupled with effective time management to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. - Exceptional communication skills for coordinating among diverse stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
