You will work closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive complex technology initiatives from concept to commercial deployment. Location: Hong Kong Science & Technology Park / Shenzhen (hybrid, single-time-zone) Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and external partners. - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables. - Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. - Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders and management. - Support product launches and commercialization activities, ensuring alignment across teams. - Manage customer engagements, pilot projects, and implementation activities when required. - Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. - Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. - Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices. Requirements: - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of project management experience in technology, software, networking, telecommunications, or related industries. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Familiarity with software development, networking, cloud, telecommunications, or enterprise technology environments is preferred. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Microsoft Project) is an advantage. - Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
