The position ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The Project Manager will lead the project team and coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and government authorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Management Manage the overall implementation and progress of the assigned construction project. Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and equipment utilization. Ensure that project activities are completed according to approved plans and specifications. Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, equipment, and productivity. Identify project risks, delays, and potential problems and implement appropriate corrective actions. Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management. 2. Pile Driving & Foundation Works Supervise and manage pile driving operations , including mobilization, setting out, driving, testing, and completion of pile works. Ensure proper installation of driven piles in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate the use and operation of pile-driving equipment such as hydraulic/impact hammers, cranes, leaders, vibratory hammers, and other related equipment. Monitor pile driving records, penetration, driving resistance, pile elevations, and other required technical data. Coordinate pile integrity testing, load testing, dynamic testing, and other required foundation tests. Review and address issues involving pile refusal, damaged piles, pile deviation, unexpected ground conditions, and other foundation-related concerns. Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, and civil engineers regarding foundation and piling requirements. Ensure proper handling, storage, lifting, and installation of piles and related materials. 3. Site Supervision Direct and coordinate Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Surveyors, Safety Officers, Foremen, operators, and other site personnel. Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity. Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings. Ensure that site activities follow approved work methods and construction sequences. Coordinate daily activities among different trades and subcontractors. 4. Safety Management Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and applicable occupational safety and health requirements. Coordinate with the Safety Officer to identify and control hazards, particularly those associated with heavy lifting, cranes, pile-driving equipment, excavation, and working near existing structures. Stop unsafe work when necessary and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and required permits are properly conducted. 5. Quality Control Ensure all construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, method statements, and quality standards. Coordinate inspections, testing, and approval of completed works. Review quality control reports, pile driving records, test results, and other project documentation. Ensure deficiencies and non-conforming works are properly corrected and documented. 6. Coordination & Documentation Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies. Attend project meetings and represent the company on technical and operational matters. Review shop drawings, method statements, work schedules, inspection requests, and other project documents. Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress reports, manpower and equipment reports, and piling records. Assist in preparation of variation orders, claims, and other project-related documentation when required. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer . Minimum 5–10 years of construction/project management experience , preferably with substantial experience in pile driving and foundation works . Proven experience managing construction projects involving driven piles, deep foundations, marine/bridge/industrial foundations, or similar works. Strong knowledge of pile-driving methods, equipment, foundation construction, and site operations. Ability to read and interpret structural, civil, architectural, and foundation drawings. Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and safety management. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills. Willing to work on project sites and under demanding construction conditions. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Candidates with experience in the following are highly preferred: Steel H-pile driving Sheet pile installation Precast concrete pile driving Hydraulic or diesel impact hammer operation Vibratory pile driving Pile load testing Dynamic pile testing Pile integrity testing Foundation and excavation works Marine or waterfront construction Bridge and infrastructure projects Heavy lifting and crane operations Geotechnical/foundation coordination Work Location: In person
