DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day site activities based on approved drawings, BOQ, and schedule. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and contract scope. Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineering, Safety, QA/QC, and support teams. Prepare short-term and look-ahead work plans. Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper use of manpower, materials, and equipment. Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers. Enforce discipline, productivity, and safety compliance. Monitor attendance and performance. Monitor accomplishments versus BOQ quantities. Support cost control and coordinate with QS and Project Controls. Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain complete and organized site records. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Address and prevent safety or quality issues. KEY MEASURABLES: On-time achievement of project milestones Manpower productivity and efficiency Compliance with plans, BOQ, and contract scope Timely and accurate reporting Minimal safety violations and rework Effective control of delays and site issues QUALIFICATIONS: Education Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Licensed Engineer or Architect (preferred) Experience 5–10 years in construction project management Experience managing medium to large-scale projects Background in cost control, scheduling, and contract administration Skills Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and contracts Effective leadership and supervision skills Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability Willing to work on-site and manage project demands Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Employee discount Free parking Health insurance Life insurance On-site parking Opportunities for promotion Paid training Work Location: In person
