Manage the project from initial mobilization through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover/validation . Supervise and coordinate HVAC ducting works , including GI/PUF/PPGL ducts, insulation, supports, dampers, grills, diffusers, VAVs and related accessories. Manage installation and commissioning of AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, ventilation systems, exhaust systems, chillers, pumps and cooling towers . Handle complete VRV/VRF system installation, refrigerant piping, pressure testing, vacuuming, charging, testing and commissioning . Coordinate fire-fighting systems , including piping, pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarm interfaces and testing/commissioning. Coordinate BMS works , including HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, DDC panels, control panels, graphics, communication and integration with other systems. Ensure proper coordination between HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, BMS, civil and architectural teams . Review and coordinate shop drawings, design drawings, coordinated drawings, builders' work drawings and as-built drawings . Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements and procurement plans . Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and subcontractors for technical and commercial requirements. Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, safety and project timelines .
